Crimson sky, flames beneath the crimson sky.
The dragons sleep but sleep runs dry.
The people need new dreams tonight.
Crimson rose, they believed in the crimson rose.
Dressed in ceremonial armour, armed with bows,
Like saviours we rode though the city slow.
Ashes race through the sky in Man’s country.
Sad eyes, fallen standards, in Man’s country.
Hope is denied, we can’t hold back the engulfing tide.
Everyday the dreamers die,
To see what’s on the other side.
She is fearlessness, and she comes to rescue us.
Majesty, faith, her calmness,
The greatest gift is love.
Naked flame, she stands in a naked flame.
I stand with the sons of blame.
Burned by the fire of love,
Burned by the fire of love.

Explanation:
The dragons have awaken n they've started a war against mankind. The Knights of the Rose are the ppl's only hope. The narrator is one of these.
However, the knights r losing the war n many lives r lost each day. Desolation filled the land. When finally the narrator is about to meet his doom in the flames of a descending dragon, he sees her as his deliverer, his goddess. Even as an adversary, he admires her majesty n might, n falls in love wif her.
The knight is dishonoured of cos, as he didn't even raise his sword in defense but instead, stand enraptured. hence all the rest of his order blames him, he stands "with the sons of blame".

one thing, the use of the word standards is not nice maybe? if its meant to be poetic in the gothic or fantasy sense maybe the word could be replaced?
try maybe heights?
Ashes race through the sky in Man’s country.Sad eyes, fallen heights, in Man’s country
dude, by standards i mean flag. fallen standards represents the knights lost the battle n their pride. cos first part they were riding thru the city slowly, enjoyin the attention. tis part is to emphasize the extent of their fall.
but yeah, ure the 2nd person to think standards means heights haha
